We retain data for the period required by law (5 years for tax records, 1 year for accommodation records). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

We use secure servers, HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular backups to protect data against unauthorised access.
Third parties
HotelRunner (reservations), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics — page browsing behaviour is recorded; text you enter and personal fields are masked; only with your explicit consent), Meta (marketing), and payment processors — only when necessary to deliver the service.
International data transfers
Some of the providers we use have servers located abroad (Vercel — hosting, Google — analytics, Microsoft Clarity — session analytics, Meta — marketing). When these services are used, your personal data is transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK). Transfers to analytics and marketing tools are based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via your cookie preferences. Transfers to the hosting infrastructure are necessary to provide the service (the website and reservation operations).
Children
The site is not directed to people under 18. Reservations for minors are made with parental consent.
