Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of the personal data we process at Otel Gümüşlük. Requests are free of charge.
How to request
Send an email to info@otelgumusluk.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include the email address or phone number you used when contacting the hotel — that is how we locate your record.
What happens next
We verify the request, delete your data within 30 days at the latest, and confirm the outcome by email.
Scope
Data you left through the website, reservation records, and the messages and contact details that reach us via WhatsApp and social media.
Records that cannot be deleted
Records we are legally required to retain (accommodation and invoice records) are kept for the period required by law; they are deleted once that period ends.
