KVKK Disclosure (Turkish PDPL)
This disclosure has been prepared under Turkish PDPL no. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of Otel Gümüşlük about the purposes for which their personal data is processed, how it is processed, and the rights they hold over it.

Service delivery, reservation and accommodation processes, legal obligations, customer experience improvement, and — with your consent — marketing communications.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent under KVKK arts. 5/2 and 6/3.
5. Transfers
Data may be shared with our reservation platform HotelRunner, payment providers, analytics (Google) and marketing (Meta) processors, and competent authorities when required by law.
6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
- Learn whether your data is being processed
- Request information about the processing
- Verify whether the processing matches the stated purpose
- Know third parties to whom data is transferred locally or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion under KVKK art. 7
- Have such corrections / deletions reported to third parties
- Object to automated decisions made about you
- Claim damages for unlawful processing
